Make Referencing Easy!

Once you have found your exciting new property, the next step is going through the referencing process!

Our referencing process is simple and straight forward. The documents we require are your proof of ID, proof of address, proof of student status (if you are a student) and an application form which we send out to you via email. Nice and easy! Most of the documents you might have on your phone/wallet e.g. a copy of your licence/passport as your proof of ID, a recent bank statement as your proof of address & your student ID card as your proof of student status!

If you have a UK based guarantor, we require their application form which we send out via email, proof of ID, proof of address, and their proof of income – this can be a recent P60 OR 3 consecutive monthly bank statements/payslips. As long as we can verify your guarantor meets our threshold requirement of earning £18,000 per annum, we can accept them as a guarantor!

Once you have passed our referencing process, you are a step away from collecting your keys!
