Its always so important to read through any contract in life before signing.

Here is access to draft versions of the Tenancy Agreements we use here at Sales & Lettings Angels.

Please note contracts can vary dependant on the service provided being Let Only or Managed and can also vary in regards to whether bills are included or may have differences in terms of Summer Rent Payments. 

If you and your friends are taking a whole property together on a joint and severally liable contract your tenancy agreement will be different to those moving into a room in a shared house.

All tenancy agreements sent out will have the particular agreed terms confirmed in the Reservation Form received before your property is secured and your contract is sent out.

The majority of the contracts we set up are Assured Shorthold Tenancies and Non Housing Act tenancies for Company Lets.
